Return & Exchange Policy

Please provide:

3. How Returns & Exchanges Work

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • We will cover the return shipping cost.

  • We may provide a prepaid return label if a return is required.

If you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind:

  • You are responsible for return shipping.

  • Once the item arrives back in unused condition, we can exchange it or issue store credit per your preference.

4. Return Timeframe

Items must be returned within 10 business days of receiving our confirmation.

5. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return/exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Toys and treats are final sale and cannot be returned due to the nature of the product.

6. Shipping Costs

  • We pay shipping for damaged/defective/incorrect items.

  • Customer pays shipping for size exchanges, preference changes, or other non-defect reasons.
